We target 99.9% uptime, excluding:
- Scheduled maintenance (advance notice when feasible).

Data Access and Deletion
- Suspended accounts may lose access to websites and email.
- You may request data export within 7 days after termination, provided your account is paid in full.
- After that period, all hosted data, email, and SSL certificates are permanently deleted.
