Position Description
Our Sales Support Representative will act as a consultant, helping to shape our products to solve our clients’ unique problems. Please note that this is not a traditional sales position and has no commission-based incentives.
This role is part of our New Inquiry Sales team, a team that embodies our commitment to building loyalty through exceptional service that consistently exceeds our clients’ expectations. We’re looking for someone who can take a consultative sales approach, bring excellent communication skills, and feels passionately about helping clients find the best services for their needs.
Essential Duties
- Handle incoming inquiries and initiate proactive outreach to potential clients to introduce and discuss our services.
- Demonstrate active listening to understand client requirements, offer customized solutions, and provide expert advice.
- Build and sustain client trust by displaying empathy and delivering a positive and interactive experience.
- Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline using the CRM system, ensuring prompt follow-ups and accurate data management.
- Stay informed about our service offerings and industry developments to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Address client concerns with strategic responses, guiding discussions towards positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance processes and support team achievements.
- Consistently achieve or surpass individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven background in consultative sales, preferably in a call center or remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying solutions clearly and convincingly.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and remote work platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in innovative problem-solving and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering enduring client connections.
- Adaptability to excel in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and address evolving client requirements effectively.
- Track record of managing multiple leads and efficiently prioritizing tasks.
