Career: Corporate Lawyer or Paralegal

Registered Agents Inc. is expanding in its Wyoming office and we are looking to hire an experienced corporate lawyer or paralegal to join our team.

Our Wyoming office focuses on registered agent service, corporate filings, and mail forwarding service in the state of Wyoming and works closely with the WY Secretary of State’s office.

If you have experience with forming corporations, LLCs, and non-profits as well as registering foreign entities and domestications with the Wyoming Secretary of State, we are looking for you.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a great multi-tasker, organized, have exemplary time-management skills, and doesn’t need to be micro-managed. We are looking for someone who is ready to walk in the office and hit the ground running.

You must be comfortable with computers and able to quickly learn new software systems. Experience with Linux is a plus. You will be working with clients from all over the world and need to be excellent with communicating over the phone and via email.

This is a full-time, Monday – Friday position and we are looking to hire immediately.
