JM Spear, CEO
JM Spear, CEO of Registered Agents Inc, has been a cornerstone of the company since January of 2013. His tenure is marked by a deep commitment to the company’s growth and a passion for cultivating career growth in the people who contribute to its success. As someone who comes form a long line of entrepreneurs, JM has always been passionate about supporting small business owners by taking the administrative burden off their shoulders. Starting a business has the power to transform your life, and it’s JM’s hope that Registered Agents Inc can support this transformation in every way possible, even as the business landscape evolves.
Outside of work, JM claims to be “super boring,” due to a preference for nonfiction books and podcasts. Don’t let him fool you. He’s on a side quest to visit all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums, and barring any curve balls, we think he’ll succeed.
Bryce Myrvang, Legal Counsel
Bryce Myrvang has been an integral part of Registered Agents Inc for the past five years, providing invaluable legal guidance on a wide range of issues that impact the organization. Bryce is especially passionate about delving into and advising on complex topics like intellectual property, compliance, and issues surrounding privacy. Bryce’s dedication to ensuring Registered Agents Inc operates ethically and within legal boundaries underscores his commitment to the company’s values and mission: to support small business owners at every step.
When he’s not at work, Bryce is probably outside. Bryce is passionate about public lands, and gets his family out into nature every chance he gets.
