While every state allows partnerships, the specific types of partnerships available are different in each state. Most states allow Limited Partnerships, which we have listed here. Some states have Limited Liability Partnerships, as well as Limited Liability Limited Partnerships.
The listings below should not be considered a complete assessment of all partnerships available in each state. Please note that the filing costs reported here do not include any online processing fees.
